Taylor Swift and her lawyers are reportedly waging a war against celebrity gossip website Celeb Jihad over a blog post containing a topless picture of a lookalike of the young Country music superstar.
The website claims that the published photo is in fact Swift, but the music darling claims otherwise.
Taylor has all the reasons in the world to be mad, because if such image is indeed real it could harm her career that was built mostly on a clean reputation.
Here are Jr Gossip we want to believe that the topless picture posted on that gossip website is a fake because Taylor Swift is a very likeable character.
But we do have to ask: if it is not her, why make such a fuss about it.
The lawyers argue that the posting is infringing on her trademark. Celeb Jihad for the time being is not backing down.
The whole situation is reminiscent of the Scarlett Johansson leaked photos scandal that rocked the internet earlier this year.
We all know how it all turned out. The pictures were real.
