The alleged hacker who broke into singer Miley Cyrus email account was recently arrested for possession of stolen credit card numbers after police seized his computer.
Josh Holly, 21, had been bragging about his accomplishments concerning Cyrus—first that he hacked into her MySpace account in 2007, and then he later went on to boast about the fact that he had gotten into the star’s Gmail account and stolen semi-nude photos of the actress.
After police obtained this information that Holly had given in an affidavit, they arrested him and seized his computer in order to see if he had anything else illegal.
He was arrested on Thursday, December 30, 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee. The official charge against him was possession of unauthorized credit card account numbers, according to TMZ.
Although Holly was released four days later, on January 3, there has been no word what charges he will be facing officially. So far there have not been any charges filed against him that are related in any way to his hacking into the pop star’s life.
There have not been any details released about a court date or the kind of consequences he could be facing.

I think this case is not to do with the individuals involved but the life styles that are exposed. One is a cerebrate while the other is a thief. the waist is the one who is trying to make money using someone who has worked for it. The guy must be punished for his lazy life and bad style of life. I hate thieves they like witches.

You know, I am not a Miley fan, but thank god this guy was caught. These damn hackers think they are the hottest things on earth because they can invade other people’s privacy. The issue isn’t hacking, it’s entitlement and snobbery, and if someone abuses their intelligence to walk around like a stuck-up snob, and treat people like dirt, that’s worthy of some serious legal consequences. And he’s just an idiot for getting caught not once, but twice, with serious crimes. Theft isn’t a joke, and frankly, the only thing involved in this story that is would be him.
