The singer was apparently lying through her teeth when she kept on insisting that nothing happened back in
2009 while the duo was working on a song called “Half of My Heart” for Mayer’s album.

Swift goes on to explain that she should have known better and now realizes that she was too young.

OMG..She pretty much got rejected, and she’s upset about that? What do you expect from J.Mayer? He’s a player and obviously he got in her pants, played with her, and left her. That’s why she’s mad. Taylor and John were working on a song in the studio. She kept flirting with him. He was at the console listening to a mixdown when she came over and sat on his lap, put her arms around him and started kissing him. He tried to slow it down but she continued to heat up. He gave her hints (“we shouldn’t be doing this”)but she was only interested in one thing. She invited herself back to his hotel suite and he was saying “Really, this isn’t a good idea”. The rest is now history and he, of course, is the bad guy and Taylor has a song. That’s the rest of the story so think what you will!
You can’t blame everything on J.Mayer OR T.Swift! They are both as guilty as each other. If you listen to ‘Seth’ (as I’m inclined to) then its more her fault. If you’re like ‘taylor’ then you’re gonna believe its his fault. Personally? I think she’s naive (who isnt when they’re ‘in love’?) but she also knew what she was getting herself into. I think up until there they were equally at blame, but writing a song about something that sacred and intimate was a SERIOUS no-go.

I am very impressed by the Album. I think one should enjoy the song and see how that has portrayed in ones life. I know there has been a couple times where I have felt many of the songs including this one in my own life. I don’t want to speculate her life…I am just glad she is an artist and shared what I have felt before in my life. Kudos Taylor Swift for writing and singing. An amazing gift you have!

She’s TWENTY. I know 15 year olds with better sense than to date a player. She knew what she was getting into.
