Could Zac Efron be jealous of Robert Pattinson? Both of them have a huge female following of adoring fans, and are dating some of the prettiest women in Hollywood at the current moment. The two of them are considered to be some of the “Prettiest Men” as well. They both entered the eye of the public after they starred in movies that were huge hits with the teenage population. But that doesn’t mean that they have to get along that well, or even like each other for that matter.
Efron was reportedly not to pleased when he arrived at the MTV Movie Awards to find out that many teenage girls had moved on from him, and instead were finding for attention from Robert Pattinson. Zac has described Pattinson as “grungy” when alone, according to recent reports. Apparently, Efron is a little bit jealous of the attention that Pattinson has received in recent months and has spoken out about it.
A year ago it was Efron who commanded the attention that Robert does now, but it appears that his time in the limelight as a teen idol is no more. The crowd has moved on and are now demanding attention from Twilight star Robert Pattinson, who is reportedly dating Kristen Stewart, even though the two of them have not admitted to being together in a public manner. They have, however, joked about being together in recent weeks.

Let’s say Zac really did say in private that Rob is grungy. So what? He is. People on set of his movies say he reeks. The guy just had lice. He smokes like a chimney and looks like he could use a good hose down. It’s extremely doubtful that Zac is jealous of Rob. Zac knows that he has loyal fans and he’s grateful for them. He’s not selfish; he doesn’t need every girl to swoon over him. Zac’s humble and happy that someone else gets the attention of the paparazzi for a change. Besides, after the Twilight saga is over and done with, what’s Rob going to be good for? I’m sure he’s a great guy but talent wise, he’s not the best actor. Remember Me wasn’t exactly a huge success. Both of Zac’s movies outside of the High School Musical series have been successful (Hairspray & Seventeen Again). Hairspray collected over $120 million worldwide and Seventeen Again collected over $135 million worldwide. His movie Me & Orson Welles only made about $2 million and that was because it was an independent period piece which was only placed in select theaters. Zac’s new movie, The Death & Life of Charlie St. Cloud comes out in late July and he’s working on three new projects in the meantime. He also plans to produce two of those projects. Zac won’t be going anywhere for a long, long time. As for RPatz? Well, he’ll be finishing the Twilight Saga. Good for him, I guess.
What rubbish, Im sorry but I just dont see Zac Efron being a jealous guy. I have seen many interviews and papparrazzi videos of Zac to see that he is the nicest guy.
Why would he be jealous of Rob? I am a fan of Robert but I dont think he will be as big in the future unlike Zac who has already proven to be a star to look out for in the future.
I might also add that Zac has told interviewers that he thinks Rob is a very talented actor so this rumour is just silly.

LOL! Zac jealous of Rob? Zac’s hotter, has a WAY hotter girlfriend, and has tons more connections in the movie industry and , wait for it….. and MUCH, MUCH more talent! So, nah, just not buyin’ the jealous angle.
wow i’m not a big robert fan i’m a big zac efron fan and i scen a lot intervewis of zac and he is nice he also has a hot girlfriend and i don’t think robert is not going to go far like zac is right now he had scucessful movies and i’m sure charlie st cloud is going to go good to
Why in the world would ZAC EFRON be jealous of ROBERT PATTINSON? Zac is too sweet to be jealous of anyone. And besides, he really doesn’t have anything to be jealous of. Zac is the most amazing person on this earth. I’m sorry, but Rob is kinda gross when you think about it. I was soooo pissed when he won Best Male Performance @ the MTV Movie Awards. He was barely in New Moon. I’d also like to point out that Zac only says great things about his fellow actors, especially Rob. This rumor is just stupid.
