On and off screen couple, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (who play Bella Swan and Edward Cullen respectively) have been told that the sex scene for the latest installment of the Twilight saga, Breaking Dawn, Part One, took 12 hours to film.
The scene sees gorgeous Edward biting into a pillow to stop himself from biting his new wife, Bella.
Pattinson revealed that he gets rather carried away when filming kissing scenes with his real-life belle. “When we start the kissing scenes I forget we’re surrounded by a load of people.
I actually end up getting really carried away,” said the 24 year old British actor. “It’s only when the kiss is finished that my mind registers there’s actually a set full of people around, and I just walk away embarrassed.”
He also spoke of what it’s like to film love scenes. “By the time you guys see the nude scenes it looks really erotic because it’s been edited and you’ll have music. What you don’t see is the eight camera men, the director and about 50 people on set.”
Well, we’re sure that R-Patz and K-Stew don’t find it too difficult to get jiggy on camera!
After all, the very-much-in-love couple surely get lots of practice behind closed doors!
