Miley Cyrus Drinks Beer In Spain – Miley Cyrus is back at it – this time she is in trouble for underage drinking – well sort of. Miley Cyrus was busted drinking beer in a nightclub in Madrid with few friends earlier this week.
The singer and actress who is only 17 years of age was pictured out partying and drinking an alcoholic beverage in Spain, where the legal age for drinking alcohol is 18.
Although she is under 18 years of age Miley Cyrus managed to have a beer in a Madrid last night – but there is an explanation for her action.
According to celebrity website TMZ – although the legal age for drinking in Spain is 18, it is not unusual for teenagers that are almost at the legal age to take a few drinks without the authorities arresting them.
Cyrus is currently going through a tough time following the announcement that her parents are getting a divorce which would explain why she is trying to drown her sorrows away.
In related news the former Disney princess will be starring in a new comedy called “So Undercover” according to Access Hollywood. In the film, she will play an FBI agent who must infiltrate a sorority in college.
In addition to “So Undercover” she will be featured in another film called “LOL”, where she will share the screen with Demi Moore and “Twilight” beauty Ashley Greene. What are your thoughts?

And because you do it makes it right? She might be a celebrity but she still needs to follow the rules. I love her acting and her music but it’s still not okay. I don’t like it at all. She’s a roll model for young girls.
